About project

Sometimes project ideas are born in your mind long before you find the right place to bring them to life. At first, you do not know if they will ever be used, completed, or find their client.
I had always wanted to create a place for creative people. A place for people who have a lot in common. A place where everyone could feel at home. A place with an inspiring atmosphere that encourages communication and creativity.
I met Alexandra Plakhtii, the owner of this studio, by chance in a furniture shopping center in Kyiv. After talking for a while, we realized that we shared the same taste, and just a few days later we started working on the project.
Alexandra's main requirements were simple: creative, affordable, and fast.
The creative ideas were already there, as this concept had been developing in my mind for a long time. To keep the project affordable, most of the furniture and lighting fixtures were custom-made by local craftsmen based on my sketches.
For the walls and ceiling, we used OSB boards, a construction material that I had already grown to love. IKEA also helped us a lot. We brought the armchairs and pendant lamps from Poland.
From my first meeting with Alexandra to the opening of the Tattoo Studio, only two months passed. Once again, it proved that nothing is impossible.
